Comer, B.S.,R.N. is an independent legal nurse consultant who maintains a full time presence in our office. She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, Department of Nursing, Columbia University, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.

During her practicing nursing career, she was a staff nurse, an Assistant Head Nurse in Neonatal ICU, Head Nurse in the Dialysis and Renal Transplant Unit at Francis Delafield Hospital, and later preceptor in the Dialysis unit at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center. Ms. Comer has been a staff nurse in Obstetrical Labor and Delivery and Post-Partum nursing, Cooper Hospital Medical Center, Camden, NJ.

Nurse Comer has also taught Orthopedic and Operating Room Nursing at Northeastern Hospital, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and was Assistant Director of Nursing, and Department Head of Savannah Dialysis Center at Memorial Medical Center, Savannah, Georgia. Ms. Comer is a member of the American Nurses Association, the American   Association of Nephrology Nurses and the Association of Physicians and Nurses.
