
Robert A. Levey
Mr. Levey graduated from Queens College, City of New York with a B.A. in Political Science in 1970. He then attended St. John’s School of Law from which he received his J.D. in 1973. Mr. Levey was admitted to the Bar of New York State in 1974. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Mr. Levey’s areas of practice include motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, construction accidents, premises liability, recovery for sexual abuse, and products liability. In the products liability field, Mr. Levey has litigated cases involving a variety of defective products including bicycles, candy bars and more recently a roll-over case involving a defective roof in an automobile. During the course of his career, Mr. Levey has tried hundreds of personal injury cases to verdict.
Mr. Levey was a Captain in the United States Army, both active and reserve duty from 1979-1980.
