
Glenn A. Herman
Mr. Herman graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1984 with a B.A. in Social Sciences and Legal Studies. He then attended Suffolk University School of Law where he received his J.D. in 1987. Mr. Herman was Law Review Editor 1986-1987 and a Law Review Staff Member, 1985-1986. Mr. Herman was admitted to the Bar of New York State in 1987. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He is a member of New York State Bar Association and the Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.
Mr. Herman’s areas of practice include various aspects of personal injury litigation including, motor vehicle accidents, products liability, medical malpractice, construction accidents, assault, civil rights violations and wrongful death. Mr. Herman has also practiced in the appellate courts including the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court and the New York Court of Appeals.
Mr. Herman has also practiced in the area of entertainment law and has represented musical artists in connection with various publishing, management and recording agreements.
